These sensors, positioned opposite each other, move synchronously across the entire width of the rubber sheet, allowing precise control of the sheet’s dimensions, with a tolerance of 0.5 mm both in width and thickness.
The system is easily integrated into existing production lines, as it is installed between two rubber sheet conveyors, allowing the material to pass through the machine without requiring substantial modifications. The integrated PLC manages the storage of production data and provides real-time alarms in case of the detection of defects or dimensional deviations.
The simultaneous movement of the linear guides is controlled by a brushless motor, ensuring precision and reliability in control. This compact and efficient system significantly improves quality control, automating the monitoring of the dimensions of the produced sheets.
