Precise Cutting

With two vertical trimmers, Tubes Trimming performs precise cutting of the ends of the tubes, ensuring uniformity in the final length.

Sharpening and Control

The dual-motor sharpening system ensures the blades are always sharp, while a sensor indicates any blade breakage, which, thanks to the quick-release valve, is quickly replaceable if necessary.

Adjustable Blade Distance

The distance between the two trimming blades is adjustable, allowing customization of the cutting process. Adjustment is made through position adjustments on the trimmer base.

Vacuum Setup

The rear of the machine includes a vacuum point for the shavings created during the blade sharpening phase, maintaining a clean work environment.
