Safe and Hermetic Loading

The loading door, accessible for loading raw materials, closes hermetically after loading, allowing the process to be completed safely.

Controlled Pressure

Once the door is closed, the upper ram, hydraulically or pneumatically driven, applies controlled pressure to the mix against the rollers. This process ensures a uniform and homogeneous consistency.

Compact and Precise Discharge

Once the mixing process is complete, the chamber rotates strategically to discharge the mix into a Bucket conveyor.

Optimized Rotor Geometry
