Cooling System for Rubber Compound

An engineered line with an efficient design for the rapid cooling of the compound, consisting of an entry conveyor, cooling body, and exit palletizer.

Characterized by high efficiency and low maintenance, our batchoff is the optimal choice for cooling laminated rubber compounds coming from open roll mills. It is a highly configurable system in terms of temperatures and flow rates, with modifications made to the quantity and dimensions of the heat exchangers and conveyors.

Key Features

Entry Talcing

On the upper part of the entry conveyor, there is a stainless steel tank designed to spray water or talc on the compound to prevent it from sticking to the belts during cooling.

Controlled Temperature

The size of the heat exchangers is calculated according to the customer’s needs (typically between 5 to 10°C), while 50mm polyurethane insulation panels ensure high efficiency.

Inspection Ports and Windows

Inspection ports and windows are present on both sides of the central body for detailed process control.

Adaptability and Customization

The quantity of laminated compound can be adapted by changing the length or the number of belts in the central body, customized to the specific requirements of the customer.

Blades and Palletizer

On the upper part of the exit conveyor, there are 1 to 4 blades for cutting the compound according to the needs, along with an automatic palletizing system.
